How can you take care of your own health despite mental load, everyday student life and family life? At the student parents’ café on Thursday, 25.06.2026 from 16:30 – 18:00, everything will revolve around the mental health of student parents. Our guest is Josefine Schindowski from MAPPy Moments, a course to strengthen the mental health of parents with young children. After a brief introduction to the offer, we would like to get into conversation with you: about stress management, mental relief, helpful everyday strategies and the challenges that life between studies and family brings with it.
Look forward to new impulses, the exchange with other student parents and a protected space for your questions, experiences and thoughts.
So that you can concentrate fully on the exchange, we offer (free) childcare during the event by our colleagues from the CampusKinderZimmer.

Please register using the registration form below. If you are bringing children, please also state their number and age when registering. This will enable us to plan the best possible childcare and tailor it to the needs of your children.
