On the 2nd floor of the Canteen UniCampus we offer a contact point for concerns and wishes of almost any kind both to students and the university staff. You can often save yourself the commute to the “headquarters” of the Studentenwerk, because among other things the staff provides information and assistance with the following concerns:

  • Issue and acceptance of different applications and documents of the BAföG office and Accommodation Department
  • Applications for the International Student ID Cards and their issue in 1-2 days
  • Sale of the ChipCards, reports of their loss, their redemption, repair, etc.
  • Sale of tickets for events
  • Acceptance of applications for participation in the creative workshops of the Studentenwerk at the beginning of every semester
  • Support for the organisation of student exhibitions in the “Canteen Gallery” on the upper foyer of the cafeteria

With the infopoint in the foyer of the Canteen Herrenkrug at the campus of the Magdeburg-Stendal University another service was launched by the Studentenwerk. Here we offer a contact point for concerns and wishes of almost any kind both to students and the university staff.
