JoGo – The student bar in the former campus theater

In February, the Studentenwerk Magdeburg opens the new student bar JoGo in the former campus theater next to dormitory 7. The name “JoGo” is derived from the street in which the bar is located: Johann-Gottlob-Nathusius-Ring.

The JoGo is intended to be a place to meet, relax and network and offers the opportunity to come together after lectures or work meetings, to exchange ideas or to enjoy special moments together at a variety of events.
We focus on a price-conscious range of food and drinks to enable broad use of the student bar. In addition to coffee specialties from regional suppliers, lemonade and iced tea, we offer alcoholic drinks, including beer and cocktails. The food on offer includes savory tarte flambée, one-pot and wraps, as well as sweet snacks and cakes – each with vegetarian and vegan options.
