Cultural funding (draft 2025)
The Studentenwerk Magdeburg promotes and organizes cultural student events, projects and workshops in Magdeburg, Stendal, Wernigerode and Halberstadt.
In the popular creative workshops, in the campus theater and as part of the student days in Magdeburg, you can get creative with our support or even organize your own events. At the InterKultiTreff, intercultural contacts can be made between students of different nationalities. With the lecture hall in the dark, we offer our own student cinema.
With the application for cultural funding, we also offer you financial support for the implementation and planning of your own events organized by and for students. In this way, we make an important contribution to maintaining the student cultural scene and offer the opportunity to realize new ideas and projects.
CampusTheater
The CampusTheater is a place of learning, café, cabaret and meeting place all in one. It is a place for theatre, readings, exhibitions, workshops, parties, cinema and concerts.

InterKultiTreff
The InterKultiTreff is a meeting center for intercultural contacts. The IKT is located on the university campus on the first floor of hall of residence 9 (opposite the library).

Cultural funding
You can download the application here, fill it out immediately and send it to us with a short project description (what / when / where / how) – also by e-mail. The application must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the start of the project.
