The conditions for the reimbursement of semester fees are governed by the valid Membership Dues Regulations.
The reimbursement of semester ticket fees is only available to students possessing a severely disabled person’s card due to a disability/illness. These students use public transport for free. Students removed from the register of students are also refunded the cost of the semester ticket before the beginning of the term time. In each case, please see the valid Membership Dues Regulations.

Former students and students on leave of absence send the applications together with the following documents:
a copy of the enrolment certificate / student identity card or the certificate of removal from the register of students
a copy of the deposit or transfer receipt
a copy of the severely disabled person’s card
to our postal address or provide the certificates at Canteen UniCampus Infopoint, Canteen Herrenkrug Infopoint, in the Wernigerode Counselling Centre or at the General Social Counselling office during the specified consultation hours.
