(Check it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.handelsregister.de\/rp_web\/welcome.xhtml\"><mark>here<\/mark><\/a>.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the phonenumber\/address actually exist?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does it match the company\/region?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keep in mind to NEVER:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use your private data in a work context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send ID photos carelessly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer money before viewing an apartment (in Germany, a deposit is never required before viewing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forward packages for strangers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are unsure or affected?
