Then, under certain conditions, you can get a refund from us for a part of your semester fees (e.g. the part of the Studentenwerk).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A refund is possible in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De-registration (<strong>NEW! OVGU only <\/strong>| At Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences and Harz University of Applied Sciences, the semester fee will be automatically refunded.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave of absence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A stay abroad (you have to provide proof of at least 6 months of study\/internship)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>disabled ID card with valid stamp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double enrolment when transitioning from a bachelor&#8217;s to a master&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Important: There are <strong>fixed deadlines<\/strong> for applications \u2013 these can be found in the <strong>current contribution regulations<\/strong> (\u201cBeitragsordnung\u201d). Submit the application form to Studentenwerk Magdeburg (Student Services Department) by the deadline. Due to internal procedures, this is done through a separate process at your university, provided that the applicable requirements and deadlines are met.
