If you would like to rent a room in one of our student halls or move within them, you need to submit a request. The request must be submitted exclusively via our new online application form.
As a resident in the Studentenwerk Magdeburg, you can reach us through the dorm service conveniently from home 24/7.
Please register at the dorm service. For this purpose, please use the e-mail address which you used to register. If you have not requested a password yet, you can use the “Forgotten password?” button in the lower part of the login window.
What can you do about the dorm service?
As soon as you have applied for the first application form and then confirmed the data or already have a valid leasing contract, please use the residence service for:
- modification of your personal data,
- insight into your contracts,
- inquiries about:
- extension of lease,
- removal requests,
- cancellation of leases,
- general communications,
- transmission of documents as file upload (eg enrollment certificates).
