The allocation of student homes takes place quarterly, in the order in which the application forms are received. Please read the details in the allocation order (
document centre).
Bilingual student-home application forms are available, as a PDF-form or a WORD document (
document centre). Preferably the PDF-version of the document shall be printed, filled out, signed and returned to the 'Studentenwerk' via mail. As an alternative, it is possible to download the word document on your computer, to fill it out (
structured) and to attach it in an e-mail to the 'Studentenwerk'.

You may receive moving forms at the housing administration, field of reference 'Housing'. References about moving
Move-out
Move-out sheets and guidance to move-out. Moving out is possible after a notice 8 weeks prior to the move. Please use the document ` Notice of departure from the student home` and follow the guide lines (see below). You can receive the document at the housing administration, field of reference 'Living'.
Repairs and defects
If there are any defects or deficiencies in your room or apartment, please alert your concierge. Also, we encourage you to report any defects in the common public rooms to our concierge. Application forms for repairs are available from your concierge or at the Infopoint.
