There are single rooms with sinks, computer-and telephone-connections available. The rooms are furnished. If you want to cook, you can go to J.-G.-Nathusius-Ring 1 or 2.
In addition to that there are one and two bedroom apartments available. They offer all comfort with an in built kitchen and refrigerator, lighting fixtures, curtain rods, water closet/ shower, television, telephone and computer connections to the university network.
An aerial connection offers the reception of extensive programs in all rooms. There are laundry and bicycle rooms available. The laundry machines and dryers can be used with the UNICARD of the Studentenwerk. The concierge offices are located in the south section (basement). The creative rooms are located in the middle section (basement). At the back side of the house is he campus theater.
Also the administration of the Studentenwerk has its place there.
