At the Infopoint of the Studentenwerk, in the foyer of the cafeteria Herrenkrug on the campus of the college Magdeburg-Stendal, we offer a variety of services, which is used frequently. It is the meeting point where students as well as the university staff can express all kinds of issues and wishes of all different areas.

One may save its way to the student office of the Studentenwerk, because the employee Mrs. Kresin is able to provide you with help and information in the following topics: 

• Distribution and acceptance of different documents of the BAföG-office (BAföG-Amt)
• Distribution and Acceptance of application forms and documents for the department of housing from the Studentenwerk (Application for student housing, application for internet service, to submit university enrollment forms for student housing and so on)
• Application  forms  for the international student card,  which is available for pick-up 1-2 days after the application process.
• Ticket sales for events of the Studentenwerk and the campus theater
• Acceptance of defect  UNICARDs and after the repair policy of the card
• Book Orders Distribution and acceptance of different documents of the BAföG-office and the department housing (this also includes application sheets and documents of any type in regards to financial help, applications for student housing, application for an internet connection and so on.)
