Moving Forms  And Guidelines

A move is in appliance with the general rental agreement, point 7, always possible at the first of the month. At the beginning of a quarter no moves can be arranged (September/October and March/April). In regards to the traveling time our motto is `moving in before moving out`, so that we can offer a lot of new applicants a place of living. If you wish for a move within a student home or in between two student homes, please contact us personally. A move can be agreed on immediately, if the room in the specific student home you desire is available and if there is no waiting list for that room. You need to fill out a moving form. With your signature you confirm the determination of your moving date and you receive after submitting your pay stub for the moving fees a new rental contract each first of the month(if possible on the same day).
If your desire to move cannot be put in place due to the existence of a waiting list, then please fill out an application for a place at a student home. Your application will be registered in the waiting list and will be worked on after the sequence of when it was turned in.
If you have any questions in regard to your move, you can ask us with your registration number. After your moving preference is confirmed you will be notified by us. If you accept a moving application needs to be filled out and you receive after submitting your pay stub for the moving fees a new rental contract each first of the month(if possible on the same day). A cancellation of the current rental agreement is not necessary with the signature of the new rental agreement. The new rental contract entitles you to take over the new rooms at the concierge who is responsible for that building. When moving in you will receive a turn over protocol. Your concierge will confirm on the moving form that you turned in your room in proper conditions. Please pay attention to point 7 and 12 of the general rental conditions. If the room you desire is available before hand, we ask you to release the old rental item on the first of the month, so that someone new can use the place.
