The student homes are located on the university campus and close to the college in the city center of Magdeburg and offer one bedroom apartments as well as community rooms and kitchens. In some of the student homes there are comfortable furnished club rooms that are available to the students.

The layouts of the student homes are similar; both student homes are available since 1996/97 fully renovated. The rooms in number two have an in-built closet. Other than that the student homes are unfurnished. EDV connections to the university network are available in both student homes.
